CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred once when proper notice is given. Late cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new $15 deposit will be required to rebook.

NO REFUNDS

All lash services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns with your lashes, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.

FOREIGN LASH WORK

I do not perform refills over another lash artist’s work. If you currently have extensions from another lash artist, please book a Lash Removal + Full Set.

COME WITH CLEAN LASHES

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Avoid mascara, eyeliner, strip-lash glue and oily products around the eyes. Excessive makeup or buildup may take away from your service time.

EXTRA GUESTS

Please come to your appointment alone whenever possible. If you need to bring someone with you, please contact me beforehand for approval.

ADD-ONS & REMOVALS

If you would like spikes, wispy styling, bottom lashes, coloured lashes, lash removal or another available add-on, please select it when booking so enough time can be reserved for your appointment.

EYE HEALTH & SAFETY

Please let me know before your appointment if you are experiencing redness, swelling, irritation, an eye infection or sensitivity. Your service may need to be postponed if it is not safe to proceed.

FINAL NOTE 🤍

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these policies.Thank you for respecting my time and business. I can’t wait to have you in my lash chair! ✨Lashed_by_thia
